Our Story

This is Origination.

Since 2011, we have taken thousands of graduating seniors on the trip of a lifetime: out of the classroom and into the sacred places where the Restoration actually happened.

Since 2011 Our Team Experienced Staff Students First Sacred Grove Susquehanna Liberty Jail Nauvoo Graduation Tour

What started as a single trip has grown, summer after summer, into something families come back to year after year and tell their friends about.

The reason is simple: walking where the Prophet Joseph walked changes you. When students stand in the Sacred Grove, kneel near the Susquehanna, or feel the quiet at Liberty Jail, the Gospel stops being a story in a book and becomes something they have touched with their own hands.

Our Team

Experienced staff. One standard for the trip.

Origination was built around a simple idea: students should not just hear about sacred places, they should stand in them with leaders who care about the details and care about the kids.

Our team is not hiding behind the schedule. Experienced staff stay with the group, set the tone, lead devotionals, keep the day moving, and help students connect the history to their own faith.

The trip works because real people stand behind it every summer — organized travel, intentional teaching, and a standard that puts students first.

Our mission

Our goal is to create an environment where we can invite, feel, and learn from the Spirit at all times.

Holy places

The Restoration becomes real when students stand inside it.

Each stop is designed to connect the story, the land, and the testimony-building moments that students carry into college, missions, and the rest of their lives.

The Sacred Grove
01

Sacred Grove

Quiet, green, and unforgettable: the place where the First Vision becomes more than a lesson.

The Susquehanna River
02

Susquehanna

Students connect priesthood restoration to the river and the land itself.

Students at the Nauvoo Temple
03

Nauvoo

Temple, trail, city, and sacrifice all come together in one powerful stop.

The experience

Spiritual growth and a whole lotta fun.

The tour is not a classroom on wheels. It is devotionals, late bus rides, Broadway, Cedar Point, baseball, city streets, sacred sites, and friendships that make the spiritual moments stick.

01

Structured

Clear expectations, curfews, room checks, and staff who are present with the group.

02

Connected

Rotating seats, devotionals, and shared moments help students build real friendships.

03

Memorable

Major cities and fun stops give students stories they actually want to tell.

Come join us this summer.

Spiritual growth, American history, sacred places, and the kind of trip students talk about for years.
